How allowances work
- One search check
- One keyword, checked for one configuration (engine, location, device, language), at one scheduled time, at a baseline depth of 10 results. Deeper results count as more checks: depth 20 = 2, 30 = 2, 50 = 3, 100 = 5.
- Why 100 keywords isn’t 100 checks
- 100 keywords × 2 devices × 2 locations × 30 daily runs = 12,000 checks a month, before deeper results, manual runs or AI experiments. The project wizard shows your projection before you save.
- AI samples and research are separate
- AI answer samples and keyword research requests have their own allowances. They don’t consume search checks.
- Retries don’t double-charge you
- Allowance is reserved before work starts, charged only for results actually returned, and the rest is released.
What’s billed separately
- WhatsApp conversation and template charges set by Meta.
- Telephony minutes, phone numbers and recording storage from your calling provider.
- Payment gateway fees on payment links.
- Paid data-provider and AI usage beyond your plan’s allowances, only under an explicit prepaid allowance.
What happens at your limit
- We alert you at 70%, 90% and 100% of each allowance.
- At 100%, new billable work pauses with a clear message. Your data stays available.
- No automatic top-ups and no surprise charges by default.
- A failed subscription payment starts a grace period; your data doesn’t disappear.
