1. The service

VisiRelay provides software for search visibility tracking, lead management, messaging, calling, automation, attribution and reporting. Some features require your own accounts with third parties (for example WhatsApp Business Platform, telephony, payment gateways, data providers). Third-party terms and fees apply to those services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your users, their roles and keeping credentials secure. Notify us of unauthorized use at [email].

3. Acceptable use

You must not: send unsolicited messages or make calls without required consent; violate third-party platform policies; upload malware; attempt to access other customers' data; scrape or overload the service; use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Your data

You own your content. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having lawful grounds and consents for the data you upload and the communications you send.

5. Fees and allowances

Plans, prices, included allowances and overage handling are described on the order or pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices exclude taxes. Provider charges (messaging, telephony, payment fees, paid data) are [separate / prepaid]. When an allowance is exhausted, new billable work pauses until you take action; existing data remains accessible.

6. Trials and pilots

Trials are provided as is, with limited allowances. No automatic charge occurs at trial end unless you choose a paid plan.

7. Payment failure, suspension and cancellation
