Calls where “connected” means connected

Click to call through a cloud telephony provider: it rings the caller’s phone first, then connects the customer. The provider’s records decide whether the call was answered and how long the customer was on the line.

Outcomes your managers can trust

Every call ends with an outcome and an optional follow-up. If the provider reports “no answer”, the call can’t be marked as a conversation. Talk time counts only the connected customer leg, not ringing.

Power dialer with guardrails

Work through a filtered list one call at a time. Do-not-call numbers are skipped before dialing, and the next call waits until you record the outcome.

Recordings with access control

Where your provider account and local rules allow recording, recordings are fetched from the provider and opened through short-lived links. Every access is logged.

What it doesn’t do (yet)

  • Cloud calling is not browser WebRTC; your caller uses their phone.
  • We do not promise SIM-based recording on mobile devices. Manual call logs record the outcome you enter, not audio or duration.
